Foundations of science

Foundations of Science was the second year Common Curriculum science class that all Yale-NUS students took in 2014, 2015, and 2016. My units focused on Island Biogeography, and students participated in a camera trapping exercise, placing cameras in different forest fragments in Singapore. Students used data collected by all students across all years to address a question of their choice related to island biogeography with respect to these forest fragments situated in an urban landscape matrix. More information can be found on the Yale-NUS Biodiversity page.
